Lebanon Athletic Boosters Membership Renewal

Use this form to renew your membership with the Lebanon Athletic Boosters. Please also include information for the secondary member on the account if applicable so that all records are updated. Name, email, and phone number are required fields.

After renewing your membership, you will receive an email from BoosterHub that will guide you through finalizing your Lebanon Athletic Boosters member account if you haven't already set one up. It's important to completely set up your account on BoosterHub so that you don't miss out on important announcements and updates throughout the year. 

Memberships include all immediate family members and are valid until June 30, 2025.
